These terms relate to your rights, obligations and restictions that may apply when using our website 'www.cranleybarnfarms.co.uk' (the website) to shop online. We recommend you read these before using the website.

Reference to 'you' or 'your' relates to the customer or user of the website.

Any reference to 'we', 'us', or'our' ' is to 'Cranley Barn Farms'.

We will update these terms in time to time and it is your responsibility to ensure you review these regularly, by using the website you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

Cranley Barn Farms is the partnership of Tom and Mary Edmondson, our trading address is Cranley Barn, Little Hill Farm, Buckingham Road, Wicken, Milton Keynes MK19 6DD. We operate the website www.cranleybarnfarms.co.uk, which is a 123-reg domain and website we also have a shop at the above address.

Accessing our Website and availability

We will endevour to keep stock on the website up to date, the websites availability will be limited and we can not guarentee we will be able to operate every week or that there won't be errors or ommissions from the stock we hold in the shop.

You are not permitted to use any content on the website without prior written consent.

ORDERS

Orders we recieve online will be packed and for any reason we are unable to fulfil an order a refund for the items we can not supply will be applied to the payment method used. Where we have the item ordered but not the preferred size we will provide the nearest size available at our discretion. We will endevour to contact the customer to discuss on these occasions.

ORDERS TO COLLECT

Order up to 9pm Wednesday for collection Thursday, Friday or Saturday.

We can not guarentee orders will be packed ready for collection which are received after this time, but the shop will be open Thursday, Friday and Saturday and orders are not required to use the shop. Payment for collections can be via Stripe available on our website or payment on collection

DELIVERY - LOCAL

We will aim to deliver items locally on a Wednesday afternoon between 3.30pm and 8pm as stated at checkout, on the occasion we are unable to deliver we will contact you to discuss an alternative date/time as soon as possible to the original delivery date. If you need to make alternative arrangements for delivery please let us know prior to 3pm Wednesday, should we attempt a delivery and have to reschedule a £5 fee will be payable.

Local delivery is available to postcodes - (areas are subject to change)

MK1, MK2, MK3, MK4, MK5, MK6, MK7, MK8, MK9, MK10, MK11, MK12, MK13, MK14, MK15, MK16, MK17, MK18, MK19, MK77 , NN12

Cancellations of Local delivery prior to 3pm Wedensday will result in a full refund.

Payment is to be made via Stripe and can by completed by following the order details at checkout on our shop website.

DELIVERY - MAINLAND UK

Parcels will be collected on a Monday afternoon and sent via courier for next day delivery - delivery will be Tuesday morning before 12noon.

All items will be frozen and will require placing in the freezer upon arrival. Delivery can not be redirected and will be left in a safe place but we can not take any liability for items left. All packaging used is recyclable and is suitable for frozen goods.

All cancellations received before 9am Monday morning will recieve a full refund. We are unable to accept callencellations after this time.

To order for a courier delivery please ring or email Mary directly, 07967814842 or shop@cranleybarnfarms.co.uk. Payment will be requested via invoice to email, please check your order and confirm by completing payment via debit/credit card via a secure online platform provided by iZettle.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for any of our items, however if you are not satisfied with your purchases please let us know and we will offer an alternative or refund.
