These terms relate to your rights, obligations and restictions that may apply when using our website 'www.cranleybarnfarms.co.uk' (the website) to book a farm walk. We recommend you read these before using the website.

Reference to 'you' or 'your' relates to the customer or user of the website.

Any reference to 'we', 'us', or'our' ' is to 'Cranley Barn Farms'.

We will update these terms in time to time and it is your responsibility to ensure you review these regularly, by using the website you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

Cranley Barn Farms is the partnership of Tom and Mary Edmondson, our trading address is Cranley Barn, Little Hill Farm, Buckingham Road, Wicken, Milton Keynes MK19 6DD. We operate the website www.cranleybarnfarms.co.uk, which is a 123-reg domain and website we also have a shop at the above address.

Accessing our Website

We will endevour to keep information on the website up to date, the websites availability will be limited and we can not guarentee farm walks will be available to book weekly due to the farming calendar.

Farm walks will be be available to book using our online booking platform. And you will recieve an automated email to confirm we have recieved your booking.

In making your booking you agree to the following terms and conditions.

We are a working farm with machinary and animals, the booking of a farm walk includes a guided walk to see the cows and chickens. Entrance is not permitted during any other time, and the routes taken are not public right of ways. Entrance to some parts of the farm during your booked farm walk will not be permitted and these areas may change between visits. Please stay with your guide at all times and follow instructions given.

ARRIVAL TIME & DURATION

Please arrive promptly for 11am, we aniticipate the walk will take 1 hour but it may last longer, if you have time constraints please let us know.

COST

£20 per walk, up to 10 guests.

CLOTHING

Please wear clothing sutiable for long grass and rough terrain, we recommend trousers and boots/wellingtons. Waterproofs are advisable.

SUITABILITY

We will be walking for 1 hour over rough eneven terrain, if you require assistance please let us know prior to booking.

We can cater for up to 10 adults in a single booking.

We don't recommend our farm walk for children under 14 years old.

Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

PETS

We are unable to accomodate pets including Dogs on our walk.

HYGIENE

Please throughly wash your hands with soap and water after your walk.

Please do not eat during your walk. 

SHOP OPENING

There will be opportunity to purchase our homereared meat and produce from the shop please let us know should you wish to do so.

CANCELLATIONS

If you are unable to make your booking please let us know for a full refund or change of dates. Due to unforseen circumstances we may have to cancel bookings at short notice, we will offer a full refund or an alternative date.
